Senator Stollings moved to amend the bill on page three, section twelve, line thirty-nine, after the word “amended” by changing the period to a colon and adding the following proviso: Provided, That prior to issuing the order, the county commission shall publish the ordinance which must contain the anticipated allocation of any fees or charges and which would be enacted should the referendum succeed as a Class II legal advertisement in compliance with the provisions of §59-3-1 et seq. of this code, and the publication area for such publication shall be the county in which the county fire board is located.
